The Yves Saint Laurent effet faux cils long wear cream liner was creamy and long lasting. The formula worked with any brush I tried with it, never had issues with the formula getting too dry or cakey. It stays in place very well all day and doesn't fade, but getting precise lines is really much harder than it should be. In fact I became so frustrated that I recently bought the Sephora smart liner (the funky shaped one). I like it so far, it's much easier to create precise lines with that than with the YSL one. YSL released their Effet Faux Cils Long-Wear Cream Eyeliner last year, and just like their waterproof eye pencils, they've earned their keep (I just started testing the new felt tip pen, so review is coming in a few weeks).
