I have a 1016 (no date - no problem) and a Date Just 16000 (plexi with quickset date) and those are a great pair of vintage Rolex for me. My heart is set on a GMT, and my choice would either be to get a birth year 16750 Pepsi bezel, or just get the best possible example of a 16710, which would be far more likely to have B&P, and have the more modern quickset movement.
